Downtown is the Central Business District (CBD) in Dallas, located in the geographic center of the city. IT is here where you will find a myriad of high-rises and skyscrapers as well as the new Klyde Warren Park and the Arts District. Ten years ago only a small amount of residents lived in Downtown Dallas, but with the area expanding upwards and over 20,000 jobs, more than 6,000 residents have moved into the city's center.

Downtown Dallas stretches from the Arts District to the historic West End and Victory development, and is connected to 12 surrounding cities including Fort Worth via the convenient 72-mile DART Rail system.  The heart of Dallas is a thoroughly modern, pedestrian-friendly metropolis. High-rise condominium residents enjoy their spectacular views and street level amenities from the flagship Neiman Marcus store to the Dallas Farmer’s Market, fabulous fine dining and nightclubs, and a myriad of relaxing green spaces.
